Hi. I’m Anna Blue.
And I’m obsessed with disrupting the patterns that divide women.
For 20 years, I've been building movements at the intersection of social impact and business strategy.
I've worked with global brands like Disney, WWE, H&M, and Google. I've spoken at Cannes Lions, SXSW, and the Aspen Ideas Festival. The Feminist Institute called me "a historic feminist of our time."
And I’ve learned something important along the way:
The biggest threat to gender equity isn't just external systems. It's the internalized behaviors that keep women divided: the unconscious competition, silent judgment, and generational "mean girl" patterns that we instinctively lean into, even when we don’t mean it.
That's why I created Say, “She's Right.”
The Movement
Saying “She’s Right” isn't about blind agreement. It's about recognizing that when women publicly support each other - even in disagreement - power shifts. It's about interrupting the reflex to compete or criticize, and choosing radical support instead.
Men do this naturally. They lean into alliances and publicly reinforce unity. Research shows that men publicly align and privately disagree. That’s the key to power. And it's time for women to adopt the same strategic alignment.
My Background
My career highlights include:
Founder & CEO of Blue Moss Group, a strategy and social impact consultancy built on one simple belief: doing good is good for business.
Executive leadership at AHLA Foundation, Girl Up at the United Nations Foundation,
The Female Quotient, and Tech CoalitionTransformative collaborations with Disney, Biggby Coffee, Apple, H&M, IHG,
WWE, Meta, and dozens of hospitality companiesSecuring millions in new revenue through purpose-driven initiatives
Speaking at Cannes Lions, SXSW, Aspen Ideas, AdWeek, and dozens of

The Real Work
I'm a truth-teller, not a people-pleaser. I help ambitious women recognize the uncomfortable patterns that keep us divided. I challenge organizations to move beyond performative diversity efforts toward real, measurable change.
Because when women back each other authentically, everything shifts.
